While several cards were discussed at length, three stood head and shoulders above the rest as being especially egregious, and those three will be banned in Contemporary. What follows are the cards in question, along with an explanation regarding their ban.
Sava'gin the Reckless We believe this card was basically single-handedly responsible for a Horde distortion in Core that lasted the better part of a year, and while there's less certainty this will be reflected in Contemporary (our Core metagame has been slightly biased towards Alliance in recent months, in spite of Sava'gin), the potential exists for this to be the case. Besides that, we understand that games being influenced by a Sava'gin roll can be unsatisfying for the person on the wrong side. We believe that it would be incorrect for Sava'gin to be a staple card in the format, given its potential for warping the format and the manner in which it can affect games. Bottled Light Recursion is frustrating to play against, and besides conventional functionality, Bottled Light has the potential to fuel annoying combo/engine style decks. Even though this card is associated with Grand Crusader in a lot of players' minds, we believe it has the potential to do harm outside of that deck, and it's generic to boot. Furthermore, this is a great example of cards that "scale up"; as we continue to make powerful onw and two cost allies, the power level of this card will continue to rise. Even in the current Contemporary card pool we believe it would be a mistake for this card to be legal, and it has the potential to be quite a bit more powerful than it is now. Etched Dragonbone Girdle The power level of the Girdle is extremely high, and its design is conducive to producing games where the game state is stalled but the eventual outcome is all but certain—a very unhealthy recipe. We want both solo and control decks to be parts of the format, but not at this rate or with this play pattern. sono completamente in accordo con la banned:
-savagin: il random non piace a nessuno, inoltre è LO sparo gratis che solo l'orda ha. - bottled light: come detto da loro, potrebbe far autopartire combo future... meglio evitare. -girdle: per quanto in questo momento non dica nulla nel meta, è una carta che da sola rende appetibili 3 classi! è ingiusto che si debbano inserire carte su misura come mask e jeishal per fermare girdle, così come è bruttissimo giocare in mirror girdle vs girdle! questa banned mi sembra molto ben studiata... e sicuramente sarà modificata egregiamente con l'uscire delle espansioni. ------------- Stop using the word "opinion" to mean that I'm not allowed to explain why you're wrong

m***a secca. Potevano pensarci prima di far uscire certe carte. Questo gioco in aveva mai avuto bisogno di ban proprio perché le varie carte si equilibravano a vicenda. Questa è solo una scusa per fare meno test sulle carte e poi togliere quelle troppo forti.
Assolutamente contrario. Se volevo un gioco con ban mi sarei dato a magic o sarei rimasto a yugi. ------------- Bring Back Vs System
