Posso attivare il secondo effetto di Giardino Nero mentre non vi sono mostri Pianta sul terreno per designare un mostro di attacco 0 dal mio cimitero e poi evocarlo?

L'effetto è questo:

You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard with ATK equal to the total ATK of all Plant-Type monsters on the field; destroy this card and as many Plant-Type monsters on the field as possible, then if the total ATK the destroyed monsters had on the field is equal to that target's ATK, Special Summon that target.

Dopo aver chiesto e guardato in giro, l'effetto non si può attivare se non hai almeno un mostro di tipo pianta in campo.
